2821 Central Street, Evanston
847-467-7423
The old fashioned practice of doctors making
house calls is returning, especially as the population
ages. Medical Home Visits is a nonprofit, community
organization, part of Palliative CareCenter
and Hospice of the North Shore. For years, our
group of physicians have been making home visits,
preventing premature nursing home placement,
costly emergency room visits and hospitalization.
And most importantly, MHV helps people to maintain
their independence.
